Butterflies (Vipepo)

GMERC is working with Prof. Loos to investigate not only butterfly taxonomic diversity, but also spatio-temporal patterns of butterfly presence. In May 2023, Jacqueline visited Issa to conduct a brief pilot study and identified >50 species. Some of those are listed (with photographs) here, with a more comprehensive study to begin in Fall 2023. More soon!
